|| On-Campus : Camp starts at 9:30 AM.

    || On-Campus : Camp ends at 4:00 PM.

    || On-Campus : Extended hours begin at 7:30 AM and end at 6 PM (Charges Apply).

    || On-Campus : If Camper stays beyond 6 PM; $25 extended care fee will be charged each 15 minutes until parents pick up the camper.

    || On-Campus : Please keep your food nut-free.

    || On-Campus : If you may want your food to be warmed please let the camp staff know at the start of the camp.

    || On-Campus : Parents must sign in and sign out.

    || 50% of camp fee is required upon registering child(ren).

    || Applicable Taxes, Registration & Supplies Fees will be added to the Tuition Fee.

   || Camp Registration Fee, Stationery & Supplies Fees - Valid until Dec 31st.

   || All cancellations must be received in writing. Refund Applications are not accepted by the virtue of an email or any phone call.

   || March Break Camp - All payments will be refunded in full, minus an administration fee of $250 if canceled within 5 days.

   || Payment Plans involving installments have to complete in full even after cancellations.

   || March Break Camp fees are non-refundable after 5 days after registration is completed irrespective of later installment option.

   || Summer Camp - All payments will be refunded in full, minus an administration fee of $375 per week for cancellations if canceled within 5 day.

   || All payments will be refunded up to 50% minus Admin Fee for cancellations if canceled within 10 days.

   || All payments will be refunded up to 30% minus Admin Fee for cancellations if canceled within 15 days.

   || Summer Camp fees are non-refundable after 15 days after registration is completed irrespective of later payment completion through installment options.

   || You may request to change date, schedule or program for additional payment of $65 per student/program.

   || All refunds and cancellations requests will be discussed after Fall term begins in September.

   || All eligible refunds and cancellations will be processed after deducting $375 Per week admin fee.

   || All refunds that follow the guidelines will be honored at the time discretion of the Camp Administrator.
