Following the work flow of professional studios, you will work towards building your personalized capstone project from scratch, and have the opportunity to refine and release it to the world through the Level 2 Thinnox Leap course
• Camp admissions are open through the year. Camps are a fun way to pick up new skills; get a taste of a field of work or profession.
• There are no prerequisites for admission to the Level 1 Specialist camps. The Level 2 Thinnox Leap youth accelerator is offered as a next step for students who have completed one or more Specialist programs.
Level 2 Thinnox Leap Youth Accelerator:
The Level 2 Thinnox Leap program offers ambitious high school students with the unique opportunity to tackle a 4-week intensive course that guides them through the startup process from ideation to launch. You will form interdisciplinary groups of aspiring youth entrepreneurs and developers to build a refined project virtually over the course of 4 weeks. You will have the opportunity to learn and be mentored by industry professionals and experts to build real products in any field, or develop impactful solutions to existing global problems, such as global warming, accessible health, poverty, or education.
Teams will be taken through a step-by-step entrepreneurship process to identify and solve the problems of their choosing, backed by market research, iterative prototyping, user testing, and development.
The program will culminate in a Pitch Presentation to a panel of established entrepreneurs from a variety of industries, providing students with an opportunity to get feedback or further support/mentorship after the program.
Who is this for?
Aspiring youth entrepreneurs who have completed one or more Level 1 Thinnox Specialist programs.
